REFUND POLICY

A refund or product replacement is provided only when the site administration is unable to fulfill its obligations. Eligible cases include:

  • Delivery of an invalid activation key that cannot be replaced.
  • Complete inability to provide or deliver the product due to technical faults on our side.

1. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR HWID SPOOFERS

Refund requests for Hardware ID (HWID) spoofers apply exclusively to products where a refund guarantee is explicitly stated on the product page. For eligible spoofers, refunds are subject to strict additional rules:

  1. 24-Hour Request Window: Any refund claim for a spoofer must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Requests made after 24 hours will not be considered.
  2. License Restrictions: Refunds for spoofers are strictly limited to their minimum duration licenses only. Keys with longer durations are non-refundable.
  3. Mandatory Troubleshooting Requirement: A refund will be approved only if the spoofer fails to function/unban after a clean reinstallation of Microsoft Windows. Technical support may request proof of a fresh Windows setup before processing a refund.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds or key replacements will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

2.1 Compatibility & User Error

  • Failure to Check Requirements: You did not verify technical requirements (e.g., Windows version, OS build, processor brand) prior to purchase.
  • Incorrect Purchase: You bought the wrong product by mistake.
  • Lost Access: You lost or forgot your account credentials, login, or password for the loader/software.
  • Expired Keys: You allowed your license key duration to expire without contacting support or following troubleshooting instructions.

2.2 Non-Compliance & Misuse

  • Refusal to Follow Instructions: You refuse to follow the provided setup guides or instructions from technical support personnel.
  • HWID / Multi-PC Violations: Attempting to use a single key on multiple computers resulting in an Invalid HWID error (1 key is strictly valid for 1 PC).
  • Bans & Tampering: Your account/key was suspended within the loader or banned directly by the product developer for any reason.
  • In-Game Bans: You received an in-game ban or block while using the product.

2.3 Product Status & Dynamic Features

  • Maintenance & Updates: The product is currently undergoing an update or is temporarily inoperable (before or after purchase).
  • Unchecked Product Status: You did not verify if the product status was marked as "Available" prior to purchase.
  • Feature Adjustments: Minor feature variations compared to the site description (features may be temporarily disabled for testing, updates, or permanently removed by developers).
  • Developer Discontinuation: The third-party developer has officially stopped supporting or updating the product.

3. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

Approved refunds are issued exclusively to your site balance (store credit). Refunds cannot be transferred or returned to external payment methods, bank cards, or crypto wallets under any circumstances.
