The whole order for these games lives on this page: the preparation every Arcane product needs, the NVIDIA or AMD overlay the menu is drawn on, the loader and the keys in game. Do not skip the preparation — more than half of all support requests end right there.

What to install and check#

1. Install the Visual C++ libraries (download).
2. Disable Intel Rapid Storage Technology in the BIOS.
3. Restart the computer. This is a required step, not a suggestion: without the restart the loader often closes without saying anything.

What to disable and remove#

• Remove third-party antivirus software — remove it, do not "pause protection for 10 minutes".
• Turn off Windows Defender together with real-time protection.
• Turn off SmartScreen.
• Remove FaceIt and Vanguard. FaceIt is the CS:GO anticheat, Vanguard is the Valorant anticheat; both load with the system and interfere with the launch even in other games.

NVIDIA graphics card#

1. Install the NVIDIA App.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Update the graphics driver to the latest version.
4. Enable the NVIDIA overlay in the app settings.

AMD graphics card#

1. Install AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition. The PRO edition does not work — you need Adrenalin.
2. Update the graphics driver to the latest version.
3. Enable the in-game overlay in the settings.
4. On the "Performance" tab turn on the performance metrics display.

Step four is the one people skip most often on AMD. Without the performance metrics turned on the overlay is not drawn in the game and the menu never appears — while every other setting looks correct.

Downloading the loader#

The file sits at three addresses, the contents are identical:

• storage.e-arcane.com
• mirror 1, MEGA
• mirror 2, Yandex Disk

Put it in a folder of its own — the loader updates itself and drops working files next to it.

Launching#

1. Run the loader file as administrator.
2. Wait for the loader to update itself, then run it again.
3. Enter your key and press Enter. In the CMD window the key is pasted with the right mouse button.
4. Wait for the loader to close on its own: it closes once the load has succeeded.
5. Start the game — the menu appears automatically.

The menu in game#

Unloading with END does not work everywhere: in some games the key works, in others it does not. If nothing happens, close the game the usual way.

Visible Check in CS2#

This section is for CS2 only, skip it for other games.

1. Download the map archive.
2. Extract the Maps folder from the archive into C:\ProgramData\TdgDsOv9~PCu\CS2. If those folders do not exist, create them yourself.
3. In the cheat menu select MISC → Visible Check Type → Map Ray Tracer.
4. In the same tab open MISC → Map Selector and pick the map you are playing right now.
